Arthur Ruger, who recently retired as a bilingual DSHS social worker, is announcing the launch of a new interpreting and translation services business for the Southwest Washington Coast. Coastal Bilingual Services are available to individuals and organizations in both the public and private sector.

Arthur has over 30 years experience as a bilingual business owner, interpreter and social worker. His work included interpreting and translating in medical, legal and social services venues.

Coastal Bilingual Services offer interpreting services for legal situations, medical emergencies, classroom interpreting,  job interviews, political speeches, public forums, and other venues necessary to Spanish-speaking clients.

As the 2011 Washington State Court-Certification testing cycle is closed and the 2012 does not begin until next year, Arthur is not yet certified with the state court system.

SERVICE AREA
Southwest Washington along the I-5 corridor west to include the coastal counties along with Oregon counties on the Northwest Coast.

AVAILABILITY
Our preference is at least 24 hours prior notice.
I try to be available on short notice and after hours for emergency interpreting services but availability depends upon the circumstances of the moment.
